1. Molding parts

It refers to the parts forming the mold cavity, mainly including: punch, die, core, forming rod, forming ring and insert parts.

2. Pouring system

It refers to the plastic flow channel in the mold from the nozzle of the injection molding machine to the cavity. The ordinary pouring system is composed of main channel, diverter channel, gate, cold hole and so on.

3. Guiding mechanism

In the plastic mold, it mainly has the role of positioning, guiding and bearing a certain side pressure to ensure the accuracy of dynamic and fixed mold closing. The clamping guide mechanism is composed of a guide column, a guide sleeve or a guide hole (directly opened on the template), a positioning cone, etc.

4. Ejector device

It mainly plays the role of ejecting parts from the mold, and is composed of ejecting rod or ejecting tube or pushing plate, ejecting plate, ejecting rod fixing plate, resetting rod and pulling rod.

5. Lateral parting and core pulling mechanism

Its function is to remove the side punch or pull out the side core, which usually includes the inclined guide post, bent pin, inclined guide slot, wedge block, inclined slide block, bevel slot, rack and pinion and other parts.

6. Cooling and heating system

Its role is to adjust the mold process temperature, which is composed of a cooling system (cooling water holes, cooling sinks, copper pipes) or a heating system.

7. Exhaust system

Its function is to remove the gas in the cavity, which is mainly composed of the exhaust groove and the matching gap.
